SMS Consent: How It Is Obtained and Used
Precision Reach Marketing collects SMS consent when users voluntarily provide their phone number through our website forms, landing pages, or other digital channels and explicitly agree to receive text messages by checking the required consent box. Third-Party Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for market/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and support services such as customer service is permitted all other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties.

Healthcare Providers: While our Services are designed to support healthcare and therapy providers, Elite Marketing Strategy is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our Services complies with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.
